Great guide for parents to understand their daughters

Purchased for my daughter in law as I read Dr. Dobson's Bringing Up Boys. As I was a single mom raising two boys and a girl, I gleaned great insight to the male psych. Wow, God truly created us to not only be unique, by to compliment one another. Would also recommend Wild At Heart to even deepen understanding of why men are they way they are.

Disappointed, but really liked 'Bringing up Boys' book.

I gave this to my daughter, who asked for it at Christmas. I asked her for a review, and she said:
"It spent a lot of time reviewing statistics about girls in situations (single parent families, etc.) that doesn't apply to me. Mainly told how much danger girls were in from society. But I was looking for something different. It wasn't nearly as helpful as the 'Bringing up Boys' Book' for my situation. "

What a resource. I learned so much from this work. Truly eye-opening, and equipping. Dr Dobson is always articulate and clear, and his passion jumps off the pages. Highly recommend this book for parents and soon to be moms and dads.
