About the Author

best of those i sampled

i really liked this book. it's not a complete guide, but it is more than one finds in the usually picture book. i was host to some painted ladies, and i needed to understand what was going on if i wanted to see their eggs hatch into larval. so, i have a fistful of butterfly books -- i want to write one of my own -- and of all of them, this is my favorite. although of course, it isn't what i wish i could have found. and that is why i want to write one. but until then, it is the best i could find ...
